Discuss expectations, guidelines, rules of the camp and logistics. This provides them with the information to recruit young men to come. During this meeting, the Bishops and Young Men Presidents are asked to prayerfully discuss which young men should be companions. The best results usually come from companions who are comfortable praying and studying together which allows the spirit to be more easily felt. Discuss with Stakes that have large head-count that they are usually split up into two groups attending on separate weeks (approx: 50-70 per week).
